This week we bring to you again this funny challenge, the "Banut Contest".
RULES
The seller of the paper will show you a Sack of Banuts and you'll have to guess how many banuts are contained in the sack. Each participant can answer two times and after the first answer the seller will tell if the right number is higher or lower. The answer may be given publically, so everyone can guess using the hints of the other people too.
Please note that the prize will be given only once, to the first who find out the right number. The contest is opened only to those who bought the paper. The correct answer and the name of the eventual winner, will be given when the contest will be over. The prize will increase by 1000 tria each week if there is no winner.

FIT OF MADNESS

Last week a wave of killings has hit Hydlaa spreading death among citizens. The most curious thing is that these horrible crimes were committed by one person only, a diaboli named Latch that seemed very skilled, and used galkards, something rarely seen.
The first attack occurred in East Hydlaa, behind the Octach's residence at the fountain near the garden. Apparently the diaboli attacked randomly, without explanation, killing first Chessire and then Esorono. When an arrow shot by a masked figure struck him, he fled, momentarily interrupting his murderous rage.
Unfortunately the peace did not last long
because soon after in the East Hydlaa the
murderer has struck again, this time killing Tesha and seriously injuring two more people. Fortunately Jecewie was able to alert the guards, who rushed in time to avoid a bloodbath. Latch was sentenced to eighty days in jail even if the reason for his attack remains a mystery.
WAITING FOR THE KNOWLEDGE SEEKERS LIBRARY

Some days ago we had the celebrations for the 6th anniversary of the Knowledge Seekers University [5th november]. The Guilds & Traders Journal wants to enhance this event with an interview to the leader of the guild, about the future construction of the Knowledge Seekers Library.
The Knowledge Seekers Guild has a project of making a public library...that sounds like a great idea...can you tell me something about your group?
"We run the Yliakum University, which is based near Jayose's Library. We have agreed to help jayose expand his library which helps us to further our aim of educating Yliakum. We come to teach."
Which are the goals of the library?
"To educate people and reach a wider audience and also to encourage people to learn"
Will it give free access to anyone? Are there some requirements to access the library?
"It will be a public library with free access like the rest of Jayose's library"
How many publications do you you have right now? How many do you think the library will have when it will be ready?
"Currently we have 20-30 and we are always looking for new books to expand the collection"
Is there a limit to the topics that the library will accept? It will hold only books, or newspapers, maps, and other kind of pubblications?
"Currently we only have books, but there is no reason why we can't have newspapers or maps"
Will the library pay for books and publications or it will accept only donations?
"Just now we only accept donations as it is for a free library"
When do you think it will be ready to face the public?
Tuathanach shrugs his shoulders "we are waiting on jayose..."
If someone wants to make a donation, to whom he'll need to speak?
"Any member of staff...Erelenga, Roled, Xarthen and me of course"
THE KLYROS CULTURAL DAY

Coming soon [Saturday, Nov 20], an important event for all Klyros around the Dome, the Klyros Cultural Day. The listed events include: Traditional klyros music, klyros poetry, klyros art and traditional klyros food. There will also be a lottery with big prizes; the prices of the tickets will be 1000 tria.
I interviewed the organizator, Mekora Dastrid, at Kada El's Tavern, to know more about this special meeting.
Klyros Cultural Day. Sounds like an interesting iniciative. Who did came out with this idea?
"Well, I was talking to my guild leader, Leraider about having an event to bring up the life of the Klyros Junction, so in short, I came up with the idea."
Has it been done before?
"Not that I know of. Not this exact event at least."
Will be "free entrance" or you'll charge a fee to join the event?
"Of course it will be free, we'll even give free food samples. The only thing one would have to pay for is to buy a lottery ticket."
I see Art, Food, Music but i don't see any representing the Klyros humor...is so difficult to find a good Klyros comedian?
"Well, I have never really met a professional. Plus a comedian can be a risky move because if it is not very funny, the people could get bored easily, and because you know how offended people can get these days by the smallest things. It appears that most of the time, a comedian will offend people, and that is not how I want to represent the Klyros Race."
What do you expect from the event? Do you think the Klyros community could be enhanced by it?
"I would expect that people would see why klyros are fairly dependent upon each other. We are quite a misunderstood race, everyone thinking we are simply rude and think we are better than everyone else, when that simply isn't the case. It is mostly because it is our nature to be dependent upon eachother, and quiet around those we don't know. "
